Management Program
Welcome
The management department is the largest academic department in the College of Business Administration. Our mission is to shape tomorrow’s leaders through relevant, ethical, and innovative management scholarship. All management courses add value to students’ education. Graduates of our programs are sought out by businesses and organizations because of the knowledge base, skill sets, and attitudes acquired at K-State. Graduates are responsible and valued members of their respective business communities and society at large. Faculty members are recognized as experts in their respective fields.
Our Programs
The Department of Management offers four majors:
- Management (with two specialization tracks in Human Resource Management and Organizational Management)
- Entrepreneurship
- Management Information Systems
- Operations and Supply Chain Management
We also offer minors in Entrepreneurship and Management and certificates in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging, and Supply Chain Management.
