Paying for College
Scholarships for New and Current Students
The College of Business Administration offers a number of scholarships for new and current students to make our tuition more affordable for you.
Incoming Students
The College of Business awards a limited number of scholarships to incoming undergraduate students each year. To be eligible for full business scholarship consideration, students should complete their application for admission and submit by December 1, the university's priority application date. Check out the K-State Office of Financial Assistance Scholarship Page for details, deadlines and to apply. To be considered for all potential College of Business awards, incoming students should also complete the K-State Scholarship Network profile by the priority date.
After the K-State Scholarship Network priority date, the College of Business scholarship committee will conduct a comprehensive review of applicants and consider factors such as academic performance, leadership, and involvement. Incoming student scholarship awards are typically made in late March-to-early April.
If you had additional questions about scholarships for incoming student, please contact our College of Business Recruitment Team at business@k-state.edu or 785-532-6180.
The Vanier Family Business Administration Best of Kansas Scholarship seeks to attract high achieving graduating seniors from Kansas who are interested in pursuing a degree from the College of Business. It requires a separate application and interview process.
Other Forms of Aid
Scholarships should be your priority form of aid, because they represent money for college that anyone can receive and that you do not need to repay. Students with financial need may also qualify for grants, which also do not have to be repaid, or loans, which require repayment.
We strongly encourage you to complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid, or FAFSA, as early as October 1. Students should complete the FAFSA before the K-State priority K-State Priority Date. K-State's federal school code is 001928
