New Management Classes
MANGT 515: Managerial Consulting
We are excited to announce the Spring 2025 launch of a new Management Consulting course for students. MANGT 515 will provide an overview of the management consulting process as it applies to both internal (business development) and external (consulting industry) contexts. Students will learn how to apply consulting tools and frameworks to engage clients, identify and analyze organizational problems, formulate solutions, and present their recommendations. Consulting opportunities will be simulated through a series of in-class cases and a team case competition, through which students will sharpen their analytical, interpersonal, and written and oral communication skills. This course is relevant to anyone interested in analyzing new business opportunities, tasked with managing organizational change, or responsible for client relationships, as well as those aspiring to traditional consulting careers.
Contact your academic advisor now to enroll in the course in Spring 2025.
