Why Organizational Management?
The Organizational Management (OM) track is designed for students interested in how businesses develop and implement strategies effectively while leveraging resources efficiently to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. OM students learn to manage all aspects of a business, solve organizational problems, work effectively with others, and develop and execute strategies. By taking courses such as Strategic Management, International Management, Managerial Consulting, and Data Analytics, students gain the knowledge and skills necessary to manage various business operations and develop data-driven solutions to complex business problems. Graduates of this track are well-equipped for a wide range of industries and careers, including management consulting, project management, and business analytics.
