Organizational Management
Why Organizational Management?
The Organizational Management (OM) track is ideal for students interested in learning how to perform a variety of management functions to help organizations identify opportunities, overcome challenges, and enhance their performance. OM students learn to manage all aspects of a business, solve organizational problems, work effectively with others, and develop and execute strategies. OM students also have the option to customize their degree by selecting one of four available course configurations in strategic leadership & diversity, strategic analysis & consulting, non-profit management, and pre-law. OM graduates develop the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in multiple career paths including, but not limited to, management consulting, project management, and business analytics.
