Olivia Law-Delrosso (she, her, hers) is a facilitator of learning focused on developing diversity consciousness in individuals and organizations. As a New Zealand immigrant to the United States who is racially Chinese-Caucasian, Law-Delrosso has always been interested in how intercultural matters can facilitate or hold back individuals and organizations. Her work experience includes International Programs, experience founding and directing a business school/corporate careers program, and teaching expertise in Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace. She is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), a cross-cultural assessment of intercultural competence.
Research Goals
As a doctoral candidate at Kansas State University, her research focuses on social class diversity, an element of diversity which is often ignored. She is currently exploring the experiences of blue-collar students in business school.
