K-State Accelerator

Are you an aspiring entrepreneur with a great idea looking to take the next step? Or have you already started a business and are ready to scale? The Center for Entrepreneurship Accelerator program is here to help!

The Accelerator provides entrepreneurs access to world-class K-State faculty, students, and alumni support to help launch or grow their business.

Starting Fall 2025, the accelerator now provides two separate tracks.

The idea track:

  • Designed for aspiring entrepreneurs with a great idea but have yet to validate market demand or generate sales.
  • 6-week in-person program with one one-hour in-person meeting weekly.
  • Participating entrepreneurs will receive:
    • Custom startup lessons designed and delivered by top K-State faculty
    • Access to student consultants or research teams (optional)
    • Access to up to $10,000 for top-performing venture ideas

The growth track:

  • Designed for innovative startups who have generated some sales but are still in its early stage, or startups with proven business models looking to strengthen their competitive position.
  • 8-week online program; program will conclude with one in-person wrap-up meeting.
  • Participating entrepreneurs will receive:
    • Online workshops designed and delivered by top K-State faculty
    • Access to student consultants or research teams
    • Access to a world-class K-State alumni mentor network
    • Access to up to $50,000 for top-performing venture ideas

9/22/25 - Selections made

9/29/25 - Growth track starts program
