Two Days: $350*
One Day: $225*
*After May 1, 2025, cost will increase by $50 for two days and $25 for one day.
Full payment of fees is required prior to the conference.
The cost of in-person registration includes the following for each day of the conference:

PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit Card: VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Your credit card statement will show payment to KSU Controller’s Office IV.
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
You will receive a registration confirmation within a few hours of registering. A receipt will be attached. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact accountingtech@k-state.edu .
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS/SUBSTITUTES
If you must cancel your conference registration, do so as soon possible. A refund, minus a $25.00 administrative fee, will be made if cancellation is received in writing in the conference registration office by 5:00 PM Central Time on May 15, 2025. To cancel your registration, contact accountingtech@k-state.edu with the subject line “Accounting and Technology cancellation”. Fees will not be canceled for registered participants who do not attend and have not notified the conference registration office by the cancellation deadline.
A paid registration may be transferred to another representative from the same institution. To modify or transfer a registration, contact accountingtech@k-state.edu in advance of the conference.
Kansas State University may cancel or postpone this program because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the program is canceled, you will be notified via email and registration fees will be refunded. Fees will not be refunded if the program is held but the registrant is unable to participate and has not requested a refund by the cancellation deadline.
PUBLICITY STATEMENT
Registration for this event gives consent for photographs, publicity and inclusion on the participant list unless K-State Global Campus is notified in writing prior to the start date. Please write accountingtech@k-state.edu.
