CBA Student Assistant – Apply by 11/7
The College of Business Career Development (CD) team is seeking student employees to join us for the Spring 2026 semester. Student workers provide support for CD programming, including but not limited to the GENBA 205 Career Accelerator course, Career Coaching, and Executive Mentor programs. This role helps cover the front desk in the Shamrock Student Success Suite by monitoring the email account, answering calls, scheduling appointments for staff members, and providing support and marketing materials for other CD events and activities. Additionally, as a member of the Career Development team, you will assist with other Career Development events and activities, as needed (may include some optional evening or weekend work hours, but very limited). Ideal candidates are sophomores or juniors in one of the College of Business majors, graphic design, or related area. Women in Business Career Summit – Register Now!
Registration for the 2025 Women in Business Career Summit is open! Registration will be open until Friday, October 31st or until capacity is reached. The College of Business Women in Business Initiative will host its fifth annual Women in Business Summit on Monday, November 10 at the K-State Student Union and the College of Business. The Career Summit is hosted by the Center for Principled Business and is open for all current high school students, college students, and business professionals who wish to attend. Student Social Media Specialist – K-State College of Ag
The Department of Communications and Agricultural Education is seeking a social media student specialist for K-State Research and Extension to aid in managing communications and social media outreach. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating engaging social media content and is open to non-ag majors. Candidates must be able to work 10-20 hours/week developing and implementing social media strategies, organizing and filming video and picture content, measure engagement through analytics, and assist with other tasks. Capital Markets Credit Analyst – High Plains Farm Credit
High Plains Farm Credit is currently seeking a Capital Markets Credit Analyst to assist with underwriting large corporate debt financing transactions, as well as monitoring a portfolio of senior secured loans. The Credit Analyst will independently analyze GAAP financial statements, monitor various financial ratios, and prepare detailed credit narratives to support the credit approval process. The Enterprise Mobility Suit Scholarship is available to undergraduate CBA students in good standing with high financial need to use towards the purchase of professional attire.
