Director of the Center for Principled Business
The College of Business Administration at Kansas State University is seeking to fill the role of Director of the Center for Principled Business. The newly created Center for Principled Business will build on our key strengths in entrepreneurship, business ethics, and economic education. The mission of the CPB is to engage in teaching and research activities that develop business leaders, foster business innovation, and enhance economic growth for the benefit of society. The vision of the Center is to be the premier institution for the study of effective practices that foster business innovation and growth for the benefit of society
The Director serves as the public face and primary contact for the Center and reports to the Dean of the College of Business. The Director manages the day to day operations of the center and supervises an administrative assistant that supports the Center. The Center will initially operate in three domains: (1) academic course delivery and curriculum enrichment, (2) non-credit educational programs, and (3) grants to fund course development and research. The Director of the Center will work collaboratively with the Center affiliated faculty, colleges, and academic departments to advance the mission of the Center.
Instructor - Department of Marketing
The Instructor is responsible for course development, implementation and assessment and evaluation of course instruction. This position will be expected to teach classes in varying formats including face-to-face, online or hybrid classes. The instructor will also mentor undergraduate students, serve on departmental, college and university committees, as well as participate in student-related activities. Candidates should be able to develop instructional outcomes and provide a positive learning environment. The candidate will participate in student organizations, student competitions, and departmental development and promotion. The candidate must be an effective communicator and instructor, have demonstrated strong leadership and management skills along with a commitment to team building and continuous improvement, and possess the ability to work effectively with faculty, students, staff and industry.

Administrative Assistant - Student Success
We are seeking a highly professional individual to serve as an Administrative Assistant for the College of Business Student Success Center. We need someone who is able to relate to a diverse body of students, faculty and external and internal constituents with the highest degree of professionalism. The successful candidate will manage the day to day front desk operations for the Center, supervise student staff and provide administrative support for academic advising, recruiting and Dean’s office processes and programs. We need someone who is able to work well in a team setting and embraces diversity.
