Engagement with students early in their academic career happens when you get involved in our College. Reach out and volunteer to serve departments or student organizations. Sponsor scholarships to get your name recognized and make a real impact. Finally, develop connections with faculty and provide real help to enhance their classroom experience.

In addition to helping students select and prepare for their career, our CBA Career Development team seeks to connect with you as an employer, and provide multiple opportunities for more formal interaction with our students.

Corporate table

Schedule a table in our building to talk to students. Display your branding material similarly to career fairs; feel free to complement your table with food and beverages and company branded giveaways.

Corporate office

Schedule time in one of our two new corporate office spaces! These spaces are designed to be a quiet space for you to work in between your events on campus or for you to use to give students the opportunity to drop by to chat. To schedule on campus interviews, please contact the Career Center.

Networking event in the Business Building

Schedule a time to network with students. Educate students on your company and the opportunities it offers. You will extend invitations to students through the Career Center, as well as being responsible for ordering any snacks and beverages that you would like to serve.

Our College of Business Career Development team focuses on guiding students as they prepare for their career, developing early connections and meeting with potential employers. However, because many employers interview across multiple Colleges within one K-State, the formal interview is managed by the K-State Career Center. Looking to conduct interviews on campus?
