Executive-in-Residence Program
Share your Expertise
Our program engages senior business executives and integrates them into the life of the college. Involvement is the key principle of the program, which promotes a link between our students and the corporate world by bringing their perspectives into the classroom and helping address the problems and challenges confronting the industry.
Executives-in-Residence add their practical experience to classes. They provide students realistic career counseling and closer connections to the corporate world. While the professional experience these executives offer is important, the personal lessons the executives share can have the biggest impact on students. Frequently explored topics include:
- Finding balance in the work-life dynamic
- Avoiding corporate burnout
- Life-long learning
- Maintaining physical well-being
- Giving back to your college and your community
