Rise Up provides accessible resources & world-class inclusive leadership training, propelling students to a successful career.

All are welcome who are goal oriented and seek to learn inclusive leadership skills.

Scholars receive perks including leadership training and corporate trips.100% of Rise Up Scholars have an internship and full time job offer within 3 months of graduation.

Rise Up Scholars engage in data-driven inclusive leadership development and success coaching based on GiANT, a training system trusted by companies including Google, Pfizer, and Delta. The program's director, Dr. Law-DelRosso, is a certified GiANT Coach. This along with her experience as a management professor provides Scholars the coaching and tools to support their academic and career success.

As a Rise Up Scholar you will learn high-performance habits, have accountability and support to reach your goals, and will gain inclusive leadership skills through working with peers.
