Yes! The students participate in experiential learning in our the business capstone class or a professional internship set with learning objectives and guided by a faculty member.
If students are going to purchase a laptop, PCs are best, with an Intel Core i5 or AMD A6 processor or newer, a 240 gigabyte or larger solid-state drive (1 terabyte for MSDA students), and 8 gigabytes of memory or more. We do not recommend using Chromebooks or tablets as your primary computer. Click here for more information.
This program does not require a thesis, but you must complete the 30 credit hours with a 3.0 GPA to receive the degree.
If your GPA is below 3.0 you can be admitted on probation. You will have 9 credit hours (3 classes) to achieve and maintain a 3.0 GPA. Let us review your transcript and offer you guidance if you fit this category.
Currently, we do not require the GMAT/GRE for any programs. If your GPA is below a 3.0 we reserve the right to request a qualifying exam score upon acceptance to the program.

For PMBA we require 6 hours of economics, a working knowledge or basic Statistics, we do have a professional work experience requirement.
Domestic applicant dates for best consideration: July 15 for fall, December 15 for spring, and May 1 for summer.

Yes, up to 9 credit hours from an accredited university may qualify for transfer to Kansas State University. Contact your academic advisor with questions.
Tuition is $2,750 per 3 credit class for in-state and out-of-state students. Textbooks are included for all PMBA courses.
Total tuition ranges from $27,500 - $33,000. This does not include costs related to the required international trip or regional orientation and professional development seminar.
