Teamwork, Self Discipline and Persistence.

The opportunity to make things better. Whether it's myself, one of my companies or something for the public good, I am always thinking about how to improve things.

If you could give a new entrepreneur one piece of advice, what would it be?

Never stop improving yourself and your company.
