What was something you learned at K-State that you still use to run your business today?

I was blessed to play under legendary football coach Bill Snyder and he taught us his 16 goals to success. I utilize all of them as we work to grow our business, but my favorites are "commitment" and "consistency".

What inspires you?

Building a better future for the next generation of my family is what inspires me personally. And creating a more sustainable agricultural system for the next generation is what inspires me professionally.

If you could give a new entrepreneur one piece of advice, what would it be?

Build something that excites you and that you are passionate about. If you do so, no day will truly feel like work.
