What was something you learned at K-State that you still use to run your business today?

While attending K-State I learned how to work with a diverse group of people and backgrounds to accomplish a common goal. Somthng that I very much use every day!

What inspires you?

Business has always inspired me, but my favorite part of it all is the growth. Not just in the numbers, but seeing the growth in our people from where they started to where they are today.

If you could give a new entrepreneur one piece of advice, what would it be?

Be true to yourself. Others will give you lots of advice, and many times that advice will conflict. In the end you have to choose your own decisions and path as you will be the one that lives with them.
