Research Goals
Bill Turnley conducts research in the areas of organizational behavior, human resource management and business ethics. His primary areas of interest include psychological contracts and employment relationships, organizational citizenship behavior and other pro-social employee behaviors, impression management, and reducing unethical behavior.
- Understanding the unintended consequences of organizational citizenship and proactive behaviors
- Psychological contracts in international business
- The ethical implications of impression management behaviors
- Have provided training on human resource management, organizational behavior and managerial decision making.
