Jieun Park is an Assistant Professor of Management at Kansas State University. She received her Ph.D. in Management from University of South Carolina. Her main research areas are faultline, diversity climate, and human capital resource, with an emphasis on understanding subgroup dynamics that influence team processes and outcomes. Her research has been published in the Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Journal of Management Studies. She teaches organizational behavior.
