B.S. Family Studies and Human Services, K-State

M.S. Counseling and Student Development, K-State

Leah earned her bachelor's degree in Family Studies and Human Services, with minors in Event Planning and Leadership Studies from Kansas State University in 2018. She also completed her master's degree in Counseling and Student Development, with an academic advising certificate in 2022, also from K-State. During her time at K-State as an undergrad, Leah was involved in a campus ministry and her sorority and then during graduate school became involved in a higher education student group. Leahworked for Big Brother Big Sisters in Manhattan as a Senior Match Support Specialist before joining the College of Business in 2025 as an academic advisor.

Leah loves all things football and watches K-State and the Chiefs any chance she gets. In her free time she also enjoys reading, baking, hanging out with her roommates, spending as much time as she can in nature, taking her mini dachshund on walks, and listening to some good podcasts.

Leah changed her major numerous times during undergrad and so she is very passionate about helping students to find the program that is the right fit for them. She strongly believes everyone has unique strengths and giftings and loves helping students to find those and see them excel!
