Research Goals
Chairat Chuwonganant’s primary area of research is market microstructure. His main research interests include the studies of the effects of specific trading mechanisms and the organization in financial markets on transaction costs, liquidity, prices, risks, volume, trading profits, trading behavior, price formation process, and overall market quality.

- Examining NASDAQ dealer’s decisions to enter or exit the market
- Understanding the effects of market uncertainty on stock returns through its impact on liquidity
