Cat Tracks: Corporate Visits

Career Development is excited to offer students the opportunity to connect with employers in the Kansas City area through Cat Tracks: Corporate Visits for the fall 2024 semester.

College of Business students looking to tour top companies, engage with industry leaders, and explore career opportunities are encouraged to apply to participate in Cat Tracks. These tailored trips provide students with the unique opportunity to network with employers in their major while gaining insight into the professional world.

Transportation, dinner and an activity on Thursday evening, lodging, and breakfast and lunch on Friday will be provided. Participants will depart campus Thursday afternoon and return Friday late afternoon/early evening.

The following trips are being offered for the fall 2024 semester:

  • Marketing & Management - October 17-18, 2024
    Visiting Hallmark, Signal Theory, and Shamrock Trading
  • Accounting & Finance - November 14-15, 2024
    Visiting Lockton, Commerce Bank, and Grant Thornton

Students who meet the below criteria are encouraged to apply:

  • Successful completion of GENBA 205 Career Accelerator Course
  • 2.5 GPA or above
  • Have not previously participated in employer visits through another student organization
