About Alex

Alex earned his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education from Emporia State in 2015 and his master’s degree in academic advising from K-State in 2021. Prior to joining the College of Business, he was a high school math teacher for five years before making his transition to advising. He previously was an advisor at Emporia State where he advised a variety of different majors.

Alex enjoys being active between exercising daily or out on the golf course. He enjoys traveling, and is on a track to see all 30 MLB ballparks (15 down). He enjoys Kansas City Sports more than a normal person should enjoy anything and constantly attends game at Arrowhead and Kauffman.
