CBA Summer Institute Mentors – Apply by 3/31

Join us as a College of Business Summer Institute Mentor! As a mentor, you will work directly with the Center for Principled Business as a staff member for the Summer Institute, which will be hosted over two dates. The dates for the sessions are June 2-5 and June 23-26, 2024. Mentors serve a crucial role to enrich the experiences of high-school participants by modeling appropriate behavior, mentoring prospective students, and supervising participants during activities and overnight stays in the residence halls. This is a paid position and you must apply by March 31. CBA Student Assistant – Apply by 4/12

The College of Business Career Development (CD) team is seeking student employees to join us for the Fall 2024 semester. Student workers provide support for CD programming, including but not limited to the GENBA 205 Career Accelerator course, Career Coaching, and Executive Mentor programs. GCM Stock Pitch Competition - Register by 3/8

The K-State Finance department invites students to put their stock analysis skills to the test with more than $10,000 in prize money on the line in the seventh annual Gates Capital Management Stock Pitch Challenge. The competition is open to all K-State students from any major or college. Teams comprised of 2-4 members are required to register by the Friday, March 8th deadline. A panel of investment professionals will judge the top five teams in the final competition in April at the Business Building. K-6 Tutor - UFM Community Learning Center

UFM Community Learning Center is a creative educational program serving the Manhattan area through a variety of noncredit and credit classes for all ages and interests. We are located near the K-State campus and looking for volunteer tutors that are interested in helping elementary school youth in our community succeed in their education. There are two programs available; Art and Science on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:00-6:00pm and Math and Reading on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00-6:00pm.
