Why did you choose K-State/CBA? The moment I stepped onto the K-State Campus, I knew it was the perfect place where I could spend my four years of college. With such a friendly campus and endless opportunities, K-State is an amazing place to call home. The college of business was a great option for me because I sought for great teachers, advisors, and other students. All of which are easily findable in the CBA!

Involvement at K-State or in the community: At K-State, I am very involved in both on campus and off campus organizations to continue to help me be part of the K-State community. On campus I am part of the Student Governing Association, Student Finance Association, and Indian Student Association. Off campus I am part of the Delta Chi Fraternity, where I currently hold the position of Community Service Chair.

Why did you apply to be an Advising Assistant? I applied to be an advising assistant because I knew the impact that could be created towards the younger students here at the CBA. Coming in as a freshman, I was both excited yet lost. College was a brand new experience that I had no idea how to tackle. As time passed, I saw that the best advice that I was getting was from older students that had gone through the same experiences I have. They were able to guide me through some challenges and prepare me for what was to come. As an Advising Assistant I hope to continue that trend, to help younger students be the most successful they can here at K-State.

What is your most memorable moment at K-State? My most memorable moment here at K-State was easily the first football game that I attended as a freshman. The college football atmosphere here is absolutely invigorating. Seeing all of the students coming together to support one team is an amazing opportunity that every student here should partake in.

Have you studied abroad, if so where did you go and name your favorite experience. If you have not, what would your ideal country to study abroad at? I have not yet had the opportunity to study abroad. I am currently looking into many options including faculty led trips that occur during school breaks. I would love to visit many places in the world, ranging from Italy to Hong Kong.
