Why did you choose K-State/CBA? I chose K-State because on my campus visit I really felt welcomed. I enjoyed every aspect of the campus, staff, and the city of Manhattan. I chose the College of Business because growing up I spent a lot of time watching my uncle run his own business and it really sparked my interest in the industry.

Involvement at K-State or in the community: I am a member of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity, and also serve as the Alumni Correspondent for the Gift of Life club. This year I have the opportunity to help plan for K-State’s Open House in the Spring which brings over 20,000 prospective students, families, and alumni to campus.

Why did you apply to be an Advising Assistant? I applied to be an Advising Assistant because I am passionate about getting involved in the College of Business. I also wanted to help students be able to utilize all available resources available at K-State.

What is your most memorable moment at K-State? My most memorable moment was watching the Royals win the World Series with all of my best friends, all of whom I would have never met if it wasn’t for K-State.

Have you studied abroad, if so where did you go and name your favorite experience. If you have not, what would your ideal country to study abroad at? I have not been able to study abroad. If I were to study abroad, my ideal destination would be Ireland. My grandma kept us really close to our Irish heritage, and would love the opportunity to go there.
