IT Administrator - 
The IT Administrator in the College of Business configures and supports technical IT systems within the College.  The individual installs and maintain operating systems and network configurations to assure effective operation and connectivity for all technical resources.  They maintain both local and virtual servers, and create images for computers in offices, computer classrooms, classrooms and conference rooms to meet the needs of users, including installation of special purpose software, and consideration of security needs.  They also work collaboratively to supervise student employees and to provide backup for day-to-day technical support and repair of hardware and systems.

Event Coordinator - 
The College of Business Administration at Kansas State University is seeking to fill a full-time, regular unclassified professional position of Event Coordinator.

The Event Coordinator will work as a member of the Career Development team to:

  • Manage the planning and successful execution of events and event logistics in coordination with other staff members in the college.
  • Coordinate marketing and promotion of Career Development and Student Success Center services and events utilizing a variety of media.
  • Communicate with and provide support to corporate partners, other employers, alumni, and guests participating in Career Development activities.

Recruitment Coordinator -
 The Recruitment Coordinator will be primarily responsible for building relationships with high schools, community colleges, and business-focused student groups, along with developing programs that will assist with the recruitment of new students to the college. The Recruitment Coordinator will support the college’s recruiting efforts in a variety of ways, including the development of new programs and events within the College of Business.
