Unclassified Staff Positions

The College of Business Administration at Kansas State University is seeking to fill a full-time regular position in academic advising.  The college has a centralized advising model with 7 advisors who serve approximately 2600 undergraduates. The advising team’s overarching mission is to enhance student success by providing individualized and comprehensive advising services that meet the needs of diverse student populations. The academic advisors work very closely with the college’s career development staff and academic departments.

Student Positions

The CBA Communications and Marketing staff is hiring a student employee to start summer or fall 2018.

The college is looking for a skilled graphic design student to assist with the planning and creation of content for the college’s social media feeds and digital signage. We are looking for a self-starter with the ability to produce high-quality graphics that will increase engagement with the college’s target audiences. This position will be a great opportunity for a student who is interested in social media marketing to build their resume along with a portfolio of work.

  • Job Responsibilities Include:

    • Designing eye-catching and professional graphics
    • Developing ideas and content for social media
    • Attending various CBA events for social media coverage
    • Working with CBA faculty and staff on specific social media initiatives
    • Proof-reading and editing of materials
    • Occasional print projects
    • Other duties as assigned
