Orientation and enrollment
In the morning of your orientation and enrollment day, you will be assigned an appointment time with your academic advisor. All appointments are scheduled based on how far you live away from Manhattan, KS, e.g. if you live in Denver, Colorado, you will have an earlier appointment than someone that lives in Kansas City, Kansas. Please plan to spend the entire day with us as we may not be done visiting with everyone until 5p.m.
During the 20-minute appointment with your academic advisor, we will discuss what courses are the best fit for you for your fall schedule. Your academic advisor will make an enrollment ticket with recommended first semester courses for you to enroll in. After you meet with your academic advisor you will immediately go to the computer lab where our enrollment assistants will walk you through how to enroll in your recommended courses. After you are done enrolling you will be given a copy of your fall class schedule.
